We had a very pleasant experience. We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was nice, had stunning location in the middle of jackson. The service was absolutely great. Location: the property was near to a truck stop, eating places and stores, and restaurant choices. Also, Perry Stake Center was 2 miles away...

The room had a comfortable bed, crisp linens, and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast offered tasty waffles and fresh fruit.

Attention to hygiene in shower areas needed!!! Front desk presence should improve for guest convenience!!! Regular maintenance of common areas required, as I encountered overflowing garbage at the entrance!!! Hotel advertisement inconsistencies create confusion!!!

Absoluteley appalling stay! I had to search for staff, found them in laundry, and the pool was closed for the season-who doesn't want to swim? Disgusting shower, too. It woudl ve been nice to receive a complimentary stay after this fiasco, but who am I? just a regular guest, it seems.
